Whether you are the Photographer or Talent, you need to get your agreement regarding ownership of the pictures in writing!

For example, when artists do photoshoots for their upcoming albums, press, or anything else, you want to make sure ownership is clear. If you do not have a Photographer Agreement, the photographer owns the images, and copyright issues can come up. On the flip side, if you're the photographer, if you do not have consent to use the artist's likeness, you may not be able to use, license, or sell the images. Yikes! This is an important template to have.
