The most dangerous thing you can do is hire someone to work for you, without defining the terms of the relationship, including WHO WILL OWN WHAT.

If you hire someone to do videos, music, graphic design, or anything creative, you need to have a signed Contractor Agreement.

You will have your relationship clearly defined to avoid issues down the road, including ownership disputes.
